Ok breath in, breath out... nice long cleansing breaths!!! Release, feel the negative energy flow from your being.... breath in, breath out....
Let go and let god.... That's one of the rules to live by from Alanon -- it's my new motto.... That and the serenity prayer will be my new companions... I just hope I can rise to the challenge...
Lots been going on in my life recently - Well you have all read the majority of it below and I won't even start to rehash it again other then to say it would really be nice if others could see the validity of MY feelings and thoughts rather then crucifying me for mine and glorifying others for the same basic feelings.... But that's that.... I am letting it go...
I have been under some major stress at work with a large task and a short deadline but as usual I managed to complete it... not w/o alot of extra hassles though... I am just glad to be done with it all... I am working one extra night on top of all the extra hours I just put in to complete the task... but this is it... after I am done tonight I am out of here til the 16th and I can't wait!!!!
I have made GREAT progress on the house... I am down to the last few loads of laundry to be washed and then some day I will get it all folded and put away! *L* But hey I managed to clean out all the rooms and vaccum, mop, do all the dishes, clean out the fridge, wipe down the stove, mop the floors, etc... and now to just maintain... Only one more day and a wake up before we are on our way!!!
A lovely long long weekend in Canada at Niagra Falls!!! We will rest, take in the sights and just relax.... I look forward to sitting around and talking to my friends from the Oct 99 PG boards.... Well it's off to get my normal duties done early so I can rest because I am wiped out... Til next time...
